What the Umami site stores, who can see it, and how to remove it.
Access: Open to all
| Data | Where it comes from | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Your Discord id, display name and guild role | Discord, when you log in and once a day | You and officers. Other members see your display name and role. |
| Your characters and parses | Warcraft Logs (already public there) | Raiders and officers see all parses. Members see their own. |
| Attendance and loot | Recorded by officers | You and officers. |
| Officer notes about you | Written by officers | You and officers. You can always read what is written about you. |
| Saved builds and notes | You | Only you, unless you share a build with the guild. |
If you lose your guild role in Discord, you lose access to everything above at your next login, and at the latest within a day.
You can delete all your data at any time in your journal. Nothing is sold, shared outside the guild, or used for anything but the guild.
